Stephanie Clarke, LCT (She/Her)

Stephanie Clarke is a Licensed Counselling Therapist based in Charlotte County, New Brunswick, and a therapist at In Depth Therapy. With a deep passion for supporting individuals through healing and personal growth, she brings a warm, client-centered presence to her work.

Stephanie currently serves as the Treasurer of the Board for the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB) and supervises practicum students from Yorkville University, helping to shape and support the next generation of therapists.

Her integrative approach to therapy is grounded in trauma-informed principles, drawing from EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and person-centred modalities. She creates individualized, compassionate care plans that honour each person's unique needs and strengths.

Stephanie works with a wide range of concerns and has particular experience in supporting individuals with childhood trauma, attachment challenges, borderline personality disorder, and mood-related concerns such as anxiety and depression. In addition to her work at In Depth Therapy, she also supports survivors as a sexual violence counsellor with The Willow Centre.

Emma McQuade, RCT-C (She/They)

Emma is an integrative therapist dedicated to providing compassionate support for individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. Their approach is rooted in a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective, creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions. She encourages clients to embrace their authentic selves, fostering personal growth and self-acceptance.

Emma utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including:

  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy
